TRUMP Is Not Getting It

Dear lovely people,

I know one should never give up, in fact, I know it so well that I have been telling people for a greater part of my life but there is equally something called a stone wall. This is exactly what Donald TRUMP has failed to get straight on. Whether we like it or not, change is happening in the world and this wind of change was started by God Himself. God gave it all to the woman and until we accept that sooner than later this will be a women’s world, men will keep on hitting their heads against stone walls like drugged sheep.

Women can do and have done amazing things. There are women in this world who have changed it completely, and for the better. Let me substantiate with a long list of  women who have had great influence on the world we live in, and have achieved more in their lifetimes than most of us ever dream about. Hear me well good people…

Mary of the Gospels is a woman full of courage, hope, and strategy. That is it and God knows why He made her that way. She pressed Jesus to provide wine when the wine ran low at a wedding. She — not Joseph — was the one who approached Jesus when he was left behind at the temple, and she was the one who seemed to reprimand him. The New Testament Letter of James is an echo of Mary’s concern for economic justice. Do you get me?

Marria Antoinete upon her marriage to Louis-Auguste, heir to the throne of France, became Dauphine of France. On 10 May 1774, when her husband ascended the throne as Louis XVI, she became Queen of France and Navarre, a title she held until September 1791, when, as the French Revolution proceeded, she became Queen of the French, a title she held and RULED France (whether you like it or not) to the end of her husband’s reign in 21 September 1792.

Joan of Arc, born in 1412, was only 19 years old when she was charged with heresy, a crime punishable by death. Long before her death, she was very active in political and war issues at a time when women didn’t do such things. One of the most astonishing things she accomplished was overcome the condescension of military leaders and worked to lift the siege of Orleans in nine short days. Twenty-four years after her death, she was declared innocent and a martyr.

Cleopatra, was the last Ptolemaic ruler of Egypt, and fought hard to save Egypt from the Roman Empire. In order to do so, she formed alliances with Julius Caesar and Marc Anthony, both of which led to numerous stories of her female wiles and prowess.

Mother Teresa was a catholic nun born in 1910, and during her long lifetime she helped thousands of people who were sick, starving, and otherwise hurting. She was an icon of selfless service, and inspired others to follow in her footsteps. Known throughout the world for her kindness, she was awarded the Nobel Peace Prize in 1979.

Marie Curie, a brilliant scientist born in 1867 was the first woman to win the Nobel Prize, and the first person to win it in two separate categories; the first was for physics in 1903, and the second was for chemistry in 1911. She developed x-ray machines, among many other things. All these achievements undoubtedly make her one of the great women in history.

Margaret Thatcher, born in 1925, knew a thing or two about politics. That’s why she was elected three times as the British prime minster, the first time anyone was popular enough to accomplish that feat. She was also the first woman to hold the position. Her influence reached to far-flung countries and she was truly a global political powerhouse.

Rosa Parks, was born in 1913 and grew up during a time when people of color were oppressed. On December 1, 1955, Rosa Parks refused to obey when she was told to move to the back of the bus to allow a white passenger to sit in her seat. This simple act of a tired woman on a bus just wanting to get home made her a symbol of the civil rights movement. She was ninety-two years old when she died in 2005, and in several cities the front seat of buses were reserved with black ribbons to honor her.

Eleanor Roosevelt, might have been the wife of a President, but she had plenty of good works in her own right. Born in 1884, she served as an advisor to her powerful husband, made a significant contribution to human rights worldwide, and helped draft the 1948 UN declaration of human rights.

And the list continues, think of Florence Nightingale, Audrey Hepburn, Simone de Beauvoir, Emmeline Pankhurst, Queen Elizabeth I, Princess Diana, Susan B. Anthony, Emily Dickinson, Helen Keller, Malala Yousafzai and why not the worlds very Oprah Winfrey. By the way, I have got my lovely wife too, yes you got me right. She can squeeze water out of rocks.

Let me tell you, women are changing the face of this planet. Whether as a woman, as a wife, women are standing on an exclusive platform; their presence and voice is loaded with the power to cause a wave of excellence throughout the soul of this earth. Hilary Clinton is one such woman.

I would expect Donald TRUMP and his associates to have fully understood this and stand down for Hilary Clinton. In all humility, the former first lady, senator and secretary of state has set her sights on the White House. She has it all, she is favored by Providence and trust me, God is just giving it to her. She’s coming like a cyclone and she will crush her opponents on her way to victory like a tsunami.

While you should fight to the end, while you have been educated to never give up, you have a stone wall right in front of you Mr. TRUMP. A man of your erudition should swallow it all and stand down to save your neck from the guillotine of public embarrassment. I know exactly how painful it can be.

My Compounding Effect

Dear lovely people,

For sure, many are those who languish in pain and complain of not making it after years and years of effort. Here are my series of often unanswered questions: what is the packaging of your efforts? Is it consistent? Is it correctional over time? Is it improving on previous efforts? Is it compounding the results of earlier efforts?

Failure will be consistent in your life if you keep doing the same things in the same way you have done over the years and that yielded no positive results. “You will never change your life until you change something you do daily. The secret of your success is found in your daily routine.” ― Darren Hardy.

You might have heard about the compounding effect. Compounding is the ability of an asset to generate earnings, which are then reinvested in order to generate their own earnings. In other words, compounding refers to generating earnings from previous earnings. Many are those who refer to the concept of compounding as pure magic because it is one of the most fundamental ways to build wealth, yet takes the least amount of effort. Given time, earning interest on interest can exponentially grow wealth. Let me demonstrate this:

Suppose you invest $1,000 into BoldTrades Inc. The first year, the shares rises 20%. Your investment is now worth $1,200. Based on good performance, you hold the stock. In Year 2, the shares appreciate another 20%. Therefore, your $1,200 grows to $1,440. Rather than your shares appreciating an additional $200 (20%) like they did in the first year, they appreciate an additional $240, because the $200 you gained in the first year grew by 20% too. If you extrapolate the process out, the numbers can start to get very big as your previous earnings start to provide returns. In fact, $1,000 invested at 20% annually for 25 years would grow to nearly $30,000 (and that's without adding any money to the investment)!

Consider your plans for a better life and the efforts you are investing into those plans to actually transform them into positive reality. What if you started compounding the little results you are getting, capitalizing on them, and reinvesting them over time? Then you will not be complaining of the economy again, you will not be dwelling on why you are not making progress because you will clearly see how each small success you register consistently adds up to unbelievable wealth and success.

Something you might not know, I’m living proof that consistency is the ultimate key to success, yet it’s one of the biggest pitfalls for people struggling to achieve. Most people don’t know how to sustain it. I do. I have my father to thank for that. In essence, he was my first coach for igniting the power of the Compound Effect in me. You can too and as a matter of fact, you can do even better if you start today. Start NOW.

Darren Hardy continues today that “It's not the big things that add up in the end; it's the hundreds, thousands, or millions of little things that separate the ordinary from the extraordinary.”

The Midnight Call

Dear lovely people,

It was midnight, my phone started ringing. I jumped out of slumber, closed the book I was trying unsuccessfully to read that night and half-walking-half-running, I went over to the phone. The voice from the other end was husky and got my heart beating fast. I could feel my hands trebling. “Hello, here is Samba. What can I do for you” I responded into the mouth piece feeling as if fear was progressively taking hold of me.

“Sorry to border you this late sir but I think we need to have a frank conversation ahead of your engagements tomorrow.” This was getting frightening. I just decided to listen on and my hands were really shaking now. The voice went on: Failures I must tell you are unavoidable for even the most talented, driven people on earth. Successful people are those who learn from their setbacks and develop habits that keep them from making the same mistakes repeatedly.

By the way, I know you have failed in a number of ventures in the past and I equally know you are scheduled for an important job interview tomorrow so I think you need to know this. Don’t worry about my identity, I will tell you who I am at the end of this conversation so, just stay tuned…

Having observed you closely for long now, I think your greatest problem is that you are unable to get along well with people. This is a major problem for you because you have failed to understand that successful people have a network of people who will go out of their way to help them. The best collaborators you can ever have are likable because they care about their reputation and understand the value of others and so you have to like them in return. The key is to be genuine, people can easily see past a fake smile and insincere handshake. Start seeing the people around you as a source of help for you rather than a design to hold you back, and you'll be more open to positive connections.

Maybe you have not realized it yet but know that most of your past failures were due to the fact that you almost always quite when things get tough. I am sure you must have heard of Thomas Edison, who tested countless materials for the incandescent lamp before finding the ones that worked. He never gave up. Giving up at the first sign of failure is actually acting average, perhaps this is why there are so many average persons. Don’t take this as an insult, it’s just a fact.

Before I go, I wonder if you have realized that you procrastinate a lot. It’s so deep in you and so let me tell you, procrastination is rooted in fear, whether it's a fear of not meeting your own ambition or being embarrassed. Successful people don’t give into this fear and make decisions after they have a sufficient amount of information, avoiding the need to feel like their decision is "perfect".

If you take what I have just said very seriously and work on it, you are sure to pass the recruitment test tomorrow as well as the many other ventures you will undertake in the future. This has been Success on the line.

The line went dead before Samba had time to say anything. He stood there completely dumbfounded.
