Your Success Is Crystalline

Wikipedia defines crystallization as the natural or artificial process of formation of solid crystals precipitating from a solution, melt or more rarely deposited directly from a gas. This might not convey the real message to the person who has had no exposure at all to basic chemistry so then, what actually happens during crystallization and what can you learn from this process to be used in your quest for success…?

When you have to crystallize an impure, solid compound, you first of all add just enough hot solvent to it to completely dissolve it. The container then contains a hot solution, in which solute molecules - both the desired compound and impurities - move freely among the hot solvent molecules. 

Similarly, when you make the decision to carve out a place for you and your loved ones in the upper circles of personal achievement, you firstly get to imbue yourself with a dream, a vision and the plan to accomplish them. In the process, you realize how much you’ve been mixing up freely with failure-prone people, garbage all around you, junk even in your own trunk and mediocrity that has been blocking your own vision.

As the solution cools, the solvent can no longer hold all of the solute molecules, and they begin to leave the solution and form solid crystals. During this cooling, each solute molecule in turn approaches a growing crystal and rests on the crystal surface. 

As you begin to give your life a direction, by growing your dream and working tirelessly towards it, the impurities within and around you such as visionless people, your own stereotype, negative media and you name it, begins to dissociate from you, giving room for more meaningful friends to come in, more opportunities to show up as a matter of fact, you become a magnet of positivity. That’s how you grow in success – your success gets crystalized and keeps on growing and exerting a force on the good side of life.

If the geometry of the molecule fits that of the crystal, it will be more likely to remain on the crystal than it is to go back into the solution. Therefore, each growing crystal consists of only one type of molecule, the solute. 

If the geometry of your dream fits that of those who have made it in life, those who want to make it big and those who belief in working hard for a better future, it will be easier for such people to be attracted towards you and to help you than it will be for them to hang around the mediocre, failure-laden and visionless people. Your life becomes surrounded only by those things that work for your own good.

After the solution has come to room temperature, it is carefully set in an ice bath to complete the crystallization process. The chilled solution is then filtered to isolate the pure crystals and the crystals are rinsed with chilled solvent.

With time, the positive force of attraction becomes a way of life, like a habit and you effortlessly leverage the force of those around you, you become a gigantic magnet for growth opportunities thus, crystallizing your own success. Your level changes and you come to realize that the mediocre people and their related happenings are no longer at your level. You become like the pure crystals fully formed and you start winning and dinning with those who have made it to that cherished position just like you.
