Remain At The Top

Dear lovely people,

I don’t just motivate people for motivation sake. I dedicate time and energy to motivate people so that their heads should constantly be telling them "I think I can," "I think I still can," and "I'm doing it!" that is one of the only ways you can hope to remain on top of your competition in any field.

However, this can only work for you if you have clearly defined your goal in life and your plan to achieve it. Now that I have you thinking in the positive, you have to know what you're getting positive about. Instead of, "I don't want to be poor and live my life in a state of abject poverty," you're thinking, "I want to be financially secure." Now, what's your plan to achieve that?

You must figure out what it is you want and just how you plan on doing that. If you really want it, it won't be all that hard to figure out. To remain successful in business or at your job, you must continually innovate. Rest on your laurels and you could find yourself playing a never-ending game of catch up with your competitors.

Keeping your strategies continually fresh and staying one step ahead of the competition is the key to sustaining yourself at the top. However, accomplishing this is a lot easier said than done. Whether you are into business, or at a job, it's essential to give your customers or employer good reasons to come to you rather than a rival.

Your strategy should tap into what customers or employers want and it should be clear and obvious - no-one should have to ask what makes you different.
